I'm not sure what involvement a tester would have in a feasibility study, unless it is different to what I understand as a fasibility study.
In my experience, in the context of the SDLCs that I have knowledge of, a feasibility study is undertaken into a proposed project or proposed solution.
As the item is only a proposal at this stage a tester would not be involved. In my experience the earliest a tester would become involved in a project is at the stage where detailed requirements were being defined (If you're lucky!), although it's frequently once the actual coding is underway.
