-OS and it's version compatibility,
-compatibility with specific applications of various OS,
-software installation test of the product

and what standard should we reach?
Have you test case that we can share?
Maybe it is best for you to get formal training in testing so that you and your customer have a fair chance of succeeding.
I'd assume the sound cards you'll require are in your machines.
Can the GUI turn the volume up and down, and off?
Are there options to the audio track, such that words that offend can be omitted if opted for?
Where, how, when, by who are sound events triggered?
I've not done audio testing but this comes to mind as things to look at.
Social Engineering - do they ever use QA?
