You aren't likely to find a "definitive list" of QA terms. If you search these forums, you will find numerous discussions on various terms, and what they mean for different people. The main thing is that you have a set that everyone in your company uses (which may or may not match those used by other companies.)
I use the www.stickyminds.com to define the terms I normally use. Working as a consultant I find that it is best to inquire of the QA Manager their definition of the terms in question. I find it's always best that way. The terms I have the most problems with are:
