I am starting in testing in the role of project manager, responsible for developing and testing new releases.
I have red a lot about testing and so on, all nice methods and theory! But what about the real world? To be succesful you need to know where things might/will possibly go wrong before it actually is wrong.
Can anyone help me with best practices: Please tell me the top 3 of things/situations that "always" go wrong in testing and what you can do to prevent it. Or the top 3 of failure and top 3 of success.
