    Re: sap testing

You are extremely fortunate as I am somewhat of an expert on sap testing. Particularly Maple Sap. Not only do I love Maple syrup, but I think the best part is the rendering of the sap.

Here is a very helpful site for doing it yourself:

    http://www.mi-maplesyrup.com/Activit...s_homemade.htm

The only thing that the sap must be accurately tested for is Lead content, more specifically it can contain no ,more than 250 ppb (parts per billion). But this level may vary depending on State or Country.

No need to thank me, I just love speaking to saps!

    Re: sap testing

    That's a bit cruel isn't it?

Cheryl, can I point you to the end of Rich's email...
People on this forum tend to get a bit funny when Newbies (Newbie myself) come and expect someone to do the work for them. If you googled, searched the forum and then ask a specific question you will most definetely get an answer.

    Hope that helps.

    Re: sap testing

    Cheryl,
I am sorry for doing that. To prove it, here is a site with almost everything you want, or need, to know about SAP testing.
