Mix-up fucntionality testing
I came across to topic mixup testing, where in scrum, testers of scrum team A, do testing work for tester of team B and vice versa. It is cross testing activity of scrum team.
It seem a good practise to be adopt in my organization as we practice scrum. But, I still hope that someone with this kind of testing can explain more about this.
1. How this mixup testing carry out?
2. What is the advantages and disadvantages of this mixup testing in agile development?
3. It is not integration testing, but more to cross-functional testing. What is the differences with integration testing and how similar it with cross-functional testing?
4. Any experience to share and what are examples of organization that practice mixup testing?
Thanks in advanced.
Sounds like both teams are helping each other out, whenever they have time.
