Product Backlog in Agile Methodology
Can anyone tell me what is the format of Product Backlog in Agile Methodology (Scrum). I have never got a chance to understand it how does it actually looks.
I am sharing you format of Product Backlog which I found after doing some R & D on Google. Please tell me about this format, how different it is than the actual Product backlog.
Thanks & Regards,
Re: Product Backlog in Agile Methodology
Looks like very close to the real one. However if we're talking about scrum I would say the actual backlog items should look keeping more business sense and objectify the customer's business requirements or technical requirements of the people going to consume your product. Its better to start the captions from 'I would like to have ...'
One more thing I noticed is that there are no owners specified.
All other stuff seems fitting the real agile process.
You have highlighted the right thing mate,Basically the thing is its not that hard to deal with the backlogs like people think. In my opinion things are quite much necessary to be done in the right manner which is pretty good.Keep it under discussion can actually help someone in learning more and more.
