Can Some one provide me the estimation Formula/Excel Sheet for Automation testing exclusively for QTP &amp; LR.

Also if somebody Can post the BPT-QC study material.

That will be of a Great Help..

I am planning to contact mercury for BPT ..thanks for the Input..

Can anybody tell me the Logic of how we need to do Efort Estimation for automation Testing? is it same like Development? or is it by Lines of Code (LOC)/functionality/Flow??...

Also how about Performance Testing? whenever i got it's Less than actual time it takes to complete a project..any info on this ..please pass it on

T = N x t, where:
T - total time, required to automate N test cases
N - number of test cases to automate
t - time to automate a test case "on average".

T depends on your budget and a project plan.
N is described in your test automation plan.
t depends on your skills and complexity of test cases.

lazymale. You really named youself well!

You're obviously too lazy to read the agreement you agreed to before you posted and you have no idea what the posting rules are on this site! You violated them at least 3 different times!

If you ever want to post again, read the FAQ again at least 5 times in your case so you can understand what the rules are! Otherwise you will be banned from ever using the site again.
