We currently use a proprietary tool to do the scheduling in our environments. Like most proprietary tools, what it was built for and what it's asked to do have evolved over the years. It's not real user-friendly and reporting is almost non-existent. We have a back end system, multiple front ends, middle ware and admin tools, among other apps. We have multiple environments and request types.
Basically, I'm just looking for tools that I can compare our current tool too. I know there are enterprise tools that contain this as part of their deploy. We currently use Test Director for Defect tracking. Also use Remedy. I just can't seem to find a tool designed specifically for this. I'm guessing I'm just not searching for the correct name.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
