I have some QA/management consultant experience that I haven't used in several years. I have been recently hired to implement QA methodology in a fledgling company that is going through growing pains (transitioning from a tech. solution start-up to a product/market driven development company) My question is "Are there any:
1. Sample questions available online to help me identify the current operation and business processes, so I can later identify areas of QA improvements?
2. A model that illustrates the introduction and smooth transition of ad hoc testing to a documented QA methodology.
3. Sample checklists, and schedule templates I can introduce to the technology team in order to get them to document their procedures. Currently there is no documentation of procedures and areas of responsibility from the technology team, and they are reluctant to change because, 'they are so busy, they don't have time for QA stuff!' "?
