In case you are wondering if I fell off a cliff, I have not yet sent out that material on test estimation that some people requested weeks ago -- it has been waiting for me to incorporate some updates. I also lost my list of those who had requested it. (I trashed a laptop, and my backup copy of the data files would not recover.)
Please let me know by direct email if you are still interested and I will get the first chapter out to you this week. It runs perhaps 50 pages.
Please let me know you are serious about advancing the practice of estimating by telling what you are doing currently and what estimating problems you are seeking to solve. If feasible, I'd like to get your help in tuning my formulas and methods.
Does a search here and you'll find plenty of information pertaining to estimating for you needs.
Life should NOT be a trip to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an cool and well preserved body, but rather to skid in, chocolate in one hand, beer in the other, body wrecked, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!
