Business Intelligence & QA Management
I'm looking for general help using Business Intelligence within a QA lead role. Our QA group is generating more and more data daily using our new system (TFS) and management is looking to get complex reporting from the data from the test leads. No specifics have yet been defined, but management is moving towards making critical business decisions with this data & graphics we will need to supply. So, I'm in a preliminary 'research' mode for this effort.
Are there any books or websites that address BI or data mining from a QA perspective? Any comments appreciated.
