True Agile - Principle – Learn, Adjust and Adapt
At regular intervals, the team reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly.

This principle allows for continuous process improvement. Teams don’t allow themselves to become stagnant as they change over the period of time and become better. The agile manifesto doesn’t tell anything about “how often” and leaves to the teams for the best fit interpretation of “at regular intervals”.

Doing reviews and retrospect can help.
• What strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses (SWOT analysis) do we have as a team?
• What learning can we gain from the recent software release?
• What is the customer feedback?
• How can we improve?
• Mistakes which can provide major learning

Learning from mistakes, adjusting with the changes and adapting new improved way to deliver quality – this is what is emphasized with this principle.
