BugTracker from SalesForce.com - any experience?
I am looking for a replacement for our existing bug tracking application (IssueView). My company has a license for SalesForce, and the support group uses it to mange there cases.
SalesForce has a utility called 'Bug Tracker', which is, how sruprising, designed or bug tracking. Does anyone have any experience with this tool? I would be happy to hear any input about it.
