I am able to submit a defect from QA Director to TrackRecord and be able to view the details from TrackRecord.

However, when I am trying to view the defect details from QA Director, I get this error:

Unexpected error during login:
Permission denied for activating type soap:ServiceSession, "http://schemas.microsoft.com/clr/nsassem/Compuware.QACenter.TrackRecord.SDK/TRSDKService.." and it goes on...

Has anybody seen this error?

I did call the tech support and modified a bit around the user id, password in the single sign on.

However, they couldnt resolve this problem.

The TRSDKService is up and running on my PC.

I have the TrackRecord database on a remote server.

Any help is much appreciated.
