    From the Rational Support site (where you should have looked first):

    Problem
    ERROR! AdMasterdataMgr The "" adMasterdataObject cannot be gotten because it does not exist. Location: ClearQuest Core:admasterdatamgr:

    Solution
    SUMMARY: ERROR! AdMasterdataMgr: The "XXXXXXXX" adMasterdataObject cannot be gotten because it does not exist. Location: ClearQuest Core:admasterdatamgr:cpp:2435

    TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

    Perform the following:

    - Open Master dB
    - Navigate to the master_links table
    - Find all records in "from_master_dbid" field value = XXXXXXXX and delete them.

    Note: XXXXXXXX = master_dbid (ex 16777221)

    Run the following SQL statement:

    >delete from master_links where to_master_dbid= XXXXXXXX;

    If you are using MS Access delete the row. Make sure that the user has back-ups of their dBs, do not perform these steps until this is verified.
