After weeks of trawling through websites and forums I finally found a cheap, fast, user friendly, flexible Bug tracking tool and I wanted to tell everyone!
You can customize everything in it to your hearts content and you can set up email notification if you so wish. Its almost pretty to look and and you dont have to have a browser page refreshing everytime as its java gui based. There is a tab for feature enhancements also as well as fab charts and reports.
Have a look, you can download a 30 day free trial from www.nesbitt.com its called the Bug collector pro 4.1.

Sarah, we currently use Nesbitt Bug Collector 4.1 and are researching a new tool with more flixibility for reporting. However, you say this has fab charts and reports. I have been creating reports on the backend using MS Access, which is cumbersome & limited to users (me in this case) who are familiar with Access.
We operate in a highly regulated environment (FDA) so it is important to provide detailed change reports. We haven't had much luck customizing reports within Bug Collector. Did it take you long to figure it out? Can you share any tips?
...consequently, Sarah, I almost recommended this one to you when I first read your post, however, I didn't due to the problems we've had with filtering and creating custom reports. I guess I should have...would'a saved you some time!
