I would try to avoid it. Even if you find it. It is like buying a car from Sony. Just because they have nice computers is not a good reason to buy a car from them. There are better tools out there. Check out www.teamshare.com ....
Can you back your dislike to ClearQuest up Bilderbunch??? ClearQuest is a very powerful defect tracker which can be customised for almost anything. Rational Software may not be the best company in the world to do business with, especially on the support side but In my opinion, ClearQuest is ok. In fact, its probably one of the few Rational tools that actually function as they say it will.
if it works, leave it well alone....if it does not work......ship it!
Have you ever administered/used a defect tracker like TeamTrack? Then you will understand why some users are not fans of ClearQuest. ClearQuest can do most things other bug trackers can, but its the way it does it.
Team Track is totally customizable. I am the project owner for the roll-out at my company. We have 14 workflows built with 1200 users and have many team waiting to get on to it. It doesn't require a programmer to support which was good for us.
