Anyone evaluated Visual Intercept?
One of the defect tracking systems that I have been asked to evaluate is Visual Intercept by Elsinore Technologies (www.elsitech.com). Has anyone had any experience with this product or company?
While the tool seems like it might make our first cut (based on required features), the company's web site content doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. It seems as if nothing has been updated on the site for at least a year (e.g. old press releases). Also, the product only claims support for Windows 95 and NT4, which seems a little outdated.
Any comments anyone has on the company or product would be appreciated.
