Measure quality of current release from previous
Is there a way to measure how good your current release was from the previous other than the bugs caught during testing?

If you can come up with a measurable definition of "good", then there might be a way. I'm guessing you are looking for a way to calculate it, and that "number of bugs caught" doesn't indicate "good".
You might want to survey your users and ask them "how good" they think each release is. In this case "good" has to do with the users' opinions.
You might measure the dollars made in selling each release. In this case "good" has to do with revenue.
You might measure the number of calls received by Client Services about each release. In this case "good" has to do with customer-reported issues.
