We've been trying to put together a template for our testers so that the way that we report bugs is consistent and gives as much detail to development about what we found and how we found it. I was looking at tools that could maybe relieve some of the tedium of filling in a form every time and found bugdigger which helps you take a screen shot and record information about the OS, Browser and other information automatically and lets you add it to your bug tracker. A big plus on that for us is that it works with fogbugz (that we are using now) and JIRA (that we will be moving to soon). However, I always like to see if there are any alternative tools available. Does anyone here use a similar tool? Are there any free/open source tools that do the same thing?
