Has anyone heard of this tool? What are you views about it?
QMetry is a test management tool, not a defect tracking tool (since you posted it in defect tracking forum).
There is a long thread of discussion on QMetry on software testing club.. Software Testing Club -QMetry There are reviews of many other test management tools there as well.
Hope this helps.
It's one of the better tools I have seen, if you are looking for commercial test management tools. I like the fact that they have pretty decent import/export features and version control. QMetry's integration with JIRA is also pretty impressive.
I would also suggest you to explore open source tools like testlink, testopia if you have 1-2 member QA team and want to save costs.
What is the size of your QA team?
Can you pl. specify the purpose for which you would like to use the tool?
The answer depends on the purpose. People of forums can even suggest better tools.
