Guidelines at creating a new QA Department..
Well, I have recently entered as a Tester in an enterprise which have no QA Department. I have first started to create Testing plan and reverse engeneering ( with MS Office Tools). Now, my intention is to create a new QA Department : I'm trying to improve all this processes ( with CASE tools ) and interact at real time with developers, but It's difficult for me to aware them about the critical importance of this. How can I do, step by step, to create an interaction? How can I do to revise them the bugs document?
