Check out Rational Software at IBM for references and contacts.
The pricing depends on your license portfolio;
in general terms you could estimate 4000 Euro/license and 1/5 a´ year in renewal & support fee, without discounts.
Second; the number of users determine your need for licenses. My estimation is that a total of 8-12 users, you need one license per user. As numbers grow, you are able to share licenses (depending on how active the users are). The basic rule is - one license per active user.
But you should be aware that the tool you choose should be chosen in accordance to your needs, and not the other way around. IN general, there are projects that need a full-fledged support; other projects may suffice with less expensive alternatives.
E.g. CVS or Perforce are interesting alternatives.
You might want to read this thread, from which I repeat my advice: :-)
To find out your actual needs, it is sometimes helpful to get professional assistance - both in selecting the right tools, and put them to use, and to define what the complexity of the current development project is today.
That said, I cannot but recommend myself as an excellent resource for doing that. ;-)
I have been doing the complexity analysis and method establishment in development projects for soon to say ten years, and also hold a certification as Rational instructor on the ClearCase family tools (not that I would in every situation recommend IBM Rational tools - remember, the need is dependent on the complexity :-)
