Test Director Mail Configuration
I have configured the email defects for a project in TestDirector 7.5, TD shows that the defects are successfully mailed, but the recepients are not receiving the emails. From where I can make sure that the defects are emailed properly? or where TD stores information regarding to the mails. Also if an email is bounced back by the mail server then how TD will manage that??

Go to TD Server Mgr
- Select Mail
- SMTP Server
- IP Address : xx.xxx.xx.xx
Validate maximum number of open database connection
Logon to TD as an Admin and go to Customize section.
Make sure to configure users name
Refresh TD server
If it does not work, check with Network admin to make sure that e-mail server connection is open.
