My co. has a fairly disciplined methodology we are now attaching some tools/automation to, starting with RM. Of course, the web of tools RM could integrate with (testing, CM, etc.), make it a strategic choice.
We are considering Rational Requisite Pro, TBI Caliber, and "build our own".
What is your experience with these tools AND how they've integrated with tools such as PVCS, e-Test, TestDirector, etc. ?
If you like RequistePro (which is an ok tool) I tend to think most requirement management stuff can be done via an access database. Then go for Clearcase because of Rationals own very good integration of tools. If your development lifecylce is done using OO tools then you can't go wrong with Rational. Most of rational products do provide either an API or a direct link to their tools.
