one more doubt .. is there any option available in test complete to extract server response data and provide that as input parameter in the request
Yes. The same events that you can use to trap requests and alter the contents can be used to trap the response from one request and pass information along from it to the following request.

Keep in mind this is just one example of what can be done. There are multiple ways that you can use this same concept.
