I get a exception on ClickTab with error being, " Microsoft JScript runtime error Object doesn't support this property or method"
I think this is becuase TC is not able to recognise the window class. So i tried to log it and saw that i was correct. It is not able to read WndClass property. What makes the problem more interesting is, in the object browser i can see that property WndClass has some valid classname. Why is TC not able to read the property and how can i fix it?
The reason being is that the parenthesis, I believe, indicate a property while the square brackets indicate a method to execute. I could be wrong (I'm working on learning othe language syntax) but I believe I've seen this scenario played out in other similar situations.
To help us investigate the problem, please let us know what version of TestComplete you are using (Help | About...) and whether the tool's 'Record short names when possible' setting is enabled (please refer to the "Recording Options Dialog" help topic for more information).
Also, was the original script that you posted (without ["WinFormsObject"]) recorded by the tool? Please try installing the latest version of the tool (6.12) and see if the problem persists.
Please let me know your results. Thank you in advance.
