I am stuck with error message " Unable to Create item Reason Unable to find Connection" when I try to create a issue from Context Menu of a Error Log. I have established a valid connection with Server(Thru connection Manager) and have all the Template Fields populated with values(Template Manager).
Please don't suggest to read help files I have already done that
I am not able to create the issue through Test Complete because of that
Any suggestion would be great, please help as soon as possible
Thanks in advance
Please find attach, screen shot. I have attach 3 screen shot for connection manager. My connection is working fine.
My fourth screen shot is for creating issue tracking template.
My problem is that with connection manager my Test complete says connection successful. But when I try to create issue it says cannot connect.
In my fourth screen shot you can see that I am using 3 parameter which are as follows
Yup, it's there now... Doesn't seem to be a screen shot showing the specific problem, just of the end process of the wizard creating the connection. I think we need to see your template manager settings to make sure of what is configured.

Please note that TestComplete uses a system (not custom) template to post issue reports to an issue-tracking system when you select the "Create Issue" context menu item in the Log panel. Custom issue-tracking templates are used only if you post an issue from script. So, I recommend that you follow the instructions from the "Creating Issue Reports for Test Results" help topic to adjust the global system template's settings and use the template to post issues to Team Foundation Server. For more information on global/project and system/custom templates, please see the "About Issue-Tracking Templates" help topic.
