Take a look at Project.Variables object...I think it will do the trick for you. Not only can you see the value from different procedures but the value can be propagated from test run to test run (ie set Project.Variables.blnTest = True, next time you run the project the variable will have a value of True, unless overwritten)...

i tried to make this variable k to hold all the radio button object but while retriving the value using getroproperty . i m getting faild . can u help me ? regarding this matter

What do you need to do with the variables?
For variables you can add on the fly, and accisible within the scope of the current machine, probably Project.Variables object will work for you. If you need to share the variables between multiple machines, then you'll probably want to use the NetworkSuite.Variables object. Both work in the same way, there are methods to add/remote, and retrieve the variables by name or index.
