the problem is if the window does not exist and it goes to the else statement I still get a warning (red)flag
although there are only 5 cases of this and I know where they are it would be nice to see that green tick at the end of running the test script.

You can use Wait, you just need to do it a little differently. It needs to be set as an object I believe, so this is how I handle that myself for child windows.
' Example Syntax:

Set WaitForObject = Process.WaitChild(name, 20000)
Try this. You can actually copy the example syntax. I put this with any functions that I might forget how they work [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Then you can just fill in the areas needed.
