Click on component in delphi application
I am using testcomplete to test delphi application which is having customized third party component. In that component i cannot able to click my mouse in one of the component. I tried recording and play back option in testcomplete it cannot able to do it. The third party component is like drop down combo box. The list box contain a "Manage list". When i click on the "Manage list" it will open new window.
I cannot able to click on "Manage list" in that combo box.
Re: Click on component in delphi application
You should be able to work with your control using its native properties and methods if you compile your application as Open. Please see the "Open Applications" help topic for details.
If this doesn't help, please answer the following questions to help us investigate the problem:
<ul type="square">[*] What is the exact name and version of the third-party control?[*] What version of TestComplete are you using?[*] What happens when you play back your script? Do you see an error message? If yes, post here an image of the message. If error messages are posted to the test log, please post here the test log in the MHT format (see the "Exporting Test Results" help topic).[/list]
