Testing Web aplications
I am new in QA area. I start to work with TestComplete.Can I make tests on Web Aplication who has conection on data base. For example,can I test whether NAME:Jon Smith good stored in data base and can I see that name on other Web page who is related with the first.

Yes, with TestComplete you can test Web applications and work with Databases from your testing script. To work with web applications' objects, TestComplete has the 'Web Testing' plug-in. The plug-in allows simulating mouse and keyboard actions over web pages shown in your Internet browser. Please see the 'Web Testing' help topic for details.
To work with Databases from TestComplete scripts, you can use the ADO plug-in. For a detailed description of the ADO technology, please refer to the MSDN library:
