How to call methods from DLLs written in VB or VC++ ?
Re: Using DLL
TestComplete comes with a special DLL Access plug-in that allows you to call functions from dynamic-link libraries.
You can find a detailed description of this plug-in and examples of using it in the "DLL Access Plug-In", "DLL Object" and "How To Call a Routine From a Dynamic Link Library" help topics.
Please note that only functions using the stdcall calling convention are supported by the plug-in.
As for VB DLLs: I think, you are creating ActiveX DLLs - correct? In this case, you can instantiate COM objects from your DLLs using the OleObject property of the Sys object.
For more information, you can check the "Working With COM Objects" and "Sys.OleObject" help topics.
