It's like this, I am a newbie to this program and I´m noticed that TC3 doesn´t recognize my grid components. (objective grids)

As I see, you are testing your application in the black-box mode. This way of testing doesn't allow to see internal properties and methods of application's object. You can't work with separate cells because TestComplete works with the window objects, but the grid cells are not window objects. However, you can try using MSAA to accomplish your task. Please read the "MSAA Plug-In" help topic to learn more.
Is it possible for you to compile the tested application as Open Application - it would allow you to work with the grid in a more convenient manner? Please read the "Open Applications" help topic to learn more on the Open Applications technology.
