View Properties of an object that exists only in code
I have an app in C#, that has a toolbar control. One of the methods listed in the Object Browser panel is get_Buttons. The method returns an object, and I can call this method successfully. However,I don't know how to view the properties of the returned object. VBScript code below.
set p = sys.process("WindowsApp")
set w = p.Form1
set myToolbar = w.toolBar1.get_Buttons
Re: View Properties of an object that exists only in code
Set a breakpoint in your script, run the script, invoke the Evaluate window when the script is stopped at the breakpoint and type the call to the method in which you are interested (or the name of the variable that holds a reference to the object returned by this method) in the Evaluate field, and press Enter. If a valid reference to an object is displayed below, click the Inspect button. You'll see the properties, fields and methods of the returned object in the Object Propeties window.
