Load testing of web servers with rich client?
I have to do load testing with a Java rich client application. This application does different calls to a web server by web services. The Automatic test help only talks about web server load testing with web browser by configuring Test Complete as a proxy. There is another way to perform this kind of tests for non web browser applications?
Re: Load testing of web servers with rich client?
If your application works with the web server via the HTTP or HTTPS protocols and it can connect to the server through a proxy then you can perform the load testing in the same way as it is described for web browsers. TestComplete will record all the http requests (when TC is set as a proxy) regardless of their source.
