Does anyone knows how to perform testing for Flash Applications with Test Complete?
Re: Flash testing
Flash elements are ActiveX elements and TestComplete has access to all methods and properties of ActiveX elements. However, Flash Objects don't provide much information about their contents to other applications. To see what you can access with TestComplete please set the Tag Tree model (Options | Engine Options | Web), go to the Object Browser panel and expand the OBJECT tag of your page (in the IEXPLORER process). Under this tag you'll see your flash object. Select it, find its 'object' property and press the ellipsis button to the right of the property name. The right pane of the Object Browser will show the methods and properties of the ActiveX object which is your flash object. These are the methods and properties that are visible to other applications.
