TestComplete in an Enterprise Environment
We've been evaluating TestComplete at my company and we're almost ready to purchase it.
Before we do, I'd like to hear feedback from anyone who works for an enterprise level company on their experience with the tool. I'd also like to know what you think of their technical support.

We are using TestComplete 2.0 in our company. As the tester, I can say that it's a powerful tool for testing. But the most problems appeare exactly with technical support. For example, I send them 4 or 5 letters with help asking, but receive only 1 reply, with all best known problem. Next difficulty in usage is that there are not enough documentation in built-in help. For example, some functions, variables and constants of BuiltIn object are not presented in built-in help.
