Approach to share common functions across projects
We have developed stable automation project suite for one product.
Now we are planning to automate another product(almost similar characteristics) . We want to reuse the common libraries we built for excel files reading, reporting in excel files etc.
So I need suggestion on, what is the best approach to reuse the common libraries across different projects without duplicating the code. Below are the approaches I can think of:
1. Include the same file by using "Add Existing.."; option.
2. Using Script Extensions.
Any help would be appreciated.

The better approach should be using script extension,which you can use for any no.of projects.
The disadvantage of "Add Existing.." is you have point the existing code.If you modify any thing,it would reflect on other projects as well.
If we use script extensions,there is no need of effecting the other projects.
