I guess this pop up would be displayed on a mouse right click operation or by hitting Keyboard F2, in the focused field.
For this you may have to use the send keys method.
And if your pop up is displayed and identified, your life would be easy to do it.
If in case, the pop up disappears with in the time you spy then you may have to seek some help from your Dev team to run your WPF application (Not your Automation tool) in debug mode for once, so that you can capture the pop up properties, and proceed further with your coding and execution. For which it (WPF application) is not required to be in debug mode.
