I'm facing problems running testcomplete from teamcity.
i'm using command line to run testcomplete:
start "C:\Program Files (x86)\Automated QA\TestComplete 8\Bin\TestComplete.exe" "C:\Automation\Projects\<ProjectName>.pj s" /r /p:Sanity
when teamcity's agent is installed as a service and run as a service it does load testcomplete(yet without running the right project, just load it)but it does that while loading an "Interactive services detection"(see: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/patricka/archive...ing-at-me.aspx) and that does let it interact the desktop and therefore it can't perform any GUI actions.SmartBear's and TeamCity's solution was to run teamcity's agent not as a service but as a batch file(run agent.bat).
i did what they recommend but in this case the same command line that worked well for launching testcomplete suddenly doesn't do anything.teamcity's display Run... for a long time and does nothing.
maybe there's someone here who can help me solve it out,i have tried many things already: "playing with the command line syntax",trying to run the batch that include the command line.
would be appreciate getting some help here.i'm clueless
