I am new on this forums and will appreciate if somebody help me, my problem is I am running number of projects 1 by 1 through TestExecute.I run these projects overnight by batch file, the problem is sometime on the closing of project/Testexecute and loading of new project I got Confirm dialog which needs a user input to click Yes or No. I know the background why is this appear but Is it any way i can avoid this confirm save dialog. Some time it stop on the very first project and waste all my night. All my projects files are writable.
set TE8=C:\Program Files (x86)\Automated QA\TestExecute 8\Bin\TestExecute.exe
"%TE8%" "%DRIVE%\Develop\TestComplete\TfFacility\TestCompl ete 8\CloseFacility\CloseFacility\CloseFacility.mds" /RunAndExit
So all the tests runs followed by this closeFacility.mds in the same way.
If you mean running several project suites one by one, just use a batch file. Write commands which will start your project suites and don't forget /silentmode and /e. Like this:
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
<TE path>\TestExecute.exe <ProjectSuite1 path>\ps1.pjs /r /e /silentmode
<TE path>\TestExecute.exe <ProjectSuite2 path>\ps2.pjs /r /e /silentmode
<TE path>\TestExecute.exe <ProjectSuiteN path>\psN.pjs /r /e /silentmode
If you mean running several projects within the same project suite, just set up test items and run the entire suite.
