I really hope someone can help me out with this one. it is really giving me a headache!!!
I have refactored my test suite and one of the things i did was delete "OLDLogUtilities.svb" file. I then did a "Project level" search for and svb scripts containing "OLDLogUtilities"
I did find a couple of 'USEUNIT statements containing this svb file. I deleted those lines from the svb file. I thought this would take care of the problem. Now whenever i start testComplete and select my project, i get the following error message:
Unable to create the 'Script Unit' element, because the 'C:\TestCompleteV8.0\Regression-AvidSuite\CommonResources\Script\OLDLogUtilities.s vb' file needed to create it does not exist.
If you deleted the file from the hard drive but did not remove the reference in the project, you'll get that message.
Restore the file to it's previous location, open the project, right click on the script unit in your project explorer and select the Remove option. When asked, select the Delete button. That will remove the unit from your project and delete it from the hard drive.
