I connect database using Oracle SQL Developer. It connected.
But when I used TC7 to create data-driven script, there's a problem. I watched video screencast from automatedqa.com and followed the step. In video, he told about how to write script using ADO driver, I right click DBTables->Add New Items-->'Select Database Table' dialog appear --> click connection to select Provider. I can not find Provider which can connect to DB successfully, there's no SQL Native Client as in video. Is it because I haven't installed Oracle Client yet?

Yes. To connect to a database, an appropriate provider needs to be installed on your machine.
BTW, please note that you can specify the needed connection string explicitly (for example, it is useful when you connect to the database from your script). You can find the needed connection string on the following web site: http://www.connectionstrings.com/
