How to use GWL_USERDATA for objects mapping?
Does any body know is there any way to use GWL_USERDATA property of the window for NameMapping? It looks like it is not available in the Object Properties window. However I can see it in the Spy++.
Re: How to use GWL_USERDATA for objects mapping?
TestComplete does not list GWL_USERDATA in the Properties list of windowed objects.
The issue is that this window property, as a rule, stores a number that serves as a pointer to some structure in memory. TestComplete cannot automatically interpret this pointer correctly, because it does not know the type of the object located at the specified address. That is why, TestComplete does not provide access to the property.
