I have three project suites. We created a batch file for each and have them set up as scheduled tasks to run every morning. The first suite will run all 8 projects and email the results like clock work. The computer reboots then I run the other scheduled task (a project suite with 4 projects). The third has 6 projects in the suite. The problem is that the last two project suites have problems running all the way through. (Via scheduled task using test execute or just running the entire project suite through test complete) If I run each project individually they run fine. I guess I would like to know if there is a setting/option that I am missing on the project suite that maybe the first project has and the other two dont have. Or if there are any "Best Practices" to use when setting up the project suite. Any help or ideas on this will be greatly appreciated!
When the computer reboots, are you automatically logging back in? The reason being is that the machine needs to be logged in to generate the GUI for the scripts to interact with. If you don't login, you'll get the failure that you're running.
Other than that, could you be more specific as to what the error or errors are you are getting? That will shed more light and make it easier to provide a solution.
