I'm currently upgrade to TC6 version 6.4 (from version 4), and I try also to upgrade the scripts to this version. But somehow, it's stop responding (become all white) while running the scripts, but it still said "Play back". And TestComplete also stop responding for at least more than 5 minutes when ever come to a break point. If anyone know how to fix this problem, please let me know. Thank you!
I just forgot to mention that, whenever I try to stop the scripts while it's running. TC can't stop it, and it show the status "Stopping" forever. I have to click on the X button of TC to close it, or sometime killing the TC process. Please help! Thank you
To help us investigate the issue, please provide us with the problematic project suite. Zip the entire project suite folder and send the archive to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please follow the steps below to help us collect more information about the problem:
1. Download the Debugging Tools for Windows package from http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtoo...nstallx86.mspx and install it.
2. When TestComplete hangs, wait for about two minutes, run WinDbg ("C:\Program Files\Debugging Tools for Windows\windbg.exe") and attach it to the TestComplete's process (File | Attach to a Process...).
3. Type the following command in the Command window:
.dump /m "C:\TCDump.dmp"
and press Enter.
4. Send the generated dump file to us at email@example.com.
