Testing Qt Applications
Our company develops GUI application written with the Qt C++ toolkit.
Version of QT is 3.1.2 (developers use this version for some reason).
Earlier for autotest I used Squish (but it is unstable).
Also KD Executor is also incompatible with 3.1.2 QT verison.
Can someone recommend me other tools for autotesting QT applications?
Re: Testing Qt Applications
Sure, Eggplant can be used to test anything that has a GUI.
BTW, it seems to me I once saw that QT had a built-in VNC server that could be used to display an application's interface. If so, it might be interesting to try connecting Eggplant directly to that. But it's not necessary, just an intriguing idea. Do you happen to know anything about that aspect of QT?
