I am looking for a tool that I can use to compare two adobe acrobat pdf documents. Adobe has a utility built in but it has some flaws. Any help is appreciated.

Assuming that you are only concerned with validating the text content of a PDF file, you can always save the files as text and then compare them. Of course, saving as text strips out all graphics and text/page formatting.
